Get to Know the Expertise, Skill, and Heart Behind VSC
What sparked your interest in rehabilitation?
I wanted to be able to provide services to help improve the quality of life of our patients. There are many options available that can help pets live longer, pain-free lives.
What are some of the biggest challenges you face in your area of expertise?
One of my biggest challenges is convincing clients to have patience in their pet’s recovery. Injuries can happen within minutes, while recovery can take months.
Is there a particular case or cases that have inspired you?
Helping paralyzed patients walk again is very rewarding. I also enjoy helping sporting dogs perform at their best.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children, three dogs (Dexter a yellow lab, Nora a Shiba Inu, and Teak a boxer), traveling, and participating in dog sports, golf, pickleball and skiing/snowboarding.
