Referrals

When a veterinarian refers a dog or cat to our practice, we start with the work already done on the case. We ask the referring veterinarian to fill out the referral form to help us get started.

Starting Monday, April 8th through the end of September, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will begin their road resurfacing project along Waukegan Road from Lake Cook Road to Half Day Road (IL 22).
